Welcome to our little corner of kitten rescue! At Raw Fed Rescues we specialize in fostering kittens rescued from the streets—often alongside their moms. We believe in giving these tiny warriors the best possible start in life, and that begins with love, care, and a focus on their total well-being.
Our Process
When a mom cat comes to us with her kittens, she takes care of the little ones while we take care of her. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where everyone thrives, from the tiniest paws to the most resilient mama.
Once the kittens are weaned and reach 2.5 pounds, they are spayed or neutered and ready for adoption. These kittens are prepped for life in loving homes, thanks to a dedicated team of volunteers. In fact, over 21 volunteer shifts each week ensure that every kitten is well-socialized and comfortable with people—setting them up for success as friendly companions.
Nutrition and Health
We believe that good food and good health go paw-in-paw. That’s why we feed our kittens (and moms!) a raw diet, which provides optimal nutrition for their growing bodies. Although it’s not a requirement to continue raw feeding, now is the perfect time to give it a try—it’s much easier to start early!
If a raw diet isn’t for you, no worries. The transition to a traditional diet is smooth, and the kittens can easily switch to wet food.
Our commitment total kitten health doesn't stop at diet. We also focus on:

Socialization: Lots of playtime and human interaction, preparing them for adoption into loving homes.
